Who I am and what I do

I’m a qualified business and executive coach living in south-west London. I’ve been coaching individual and executive clients for about 7 years. As well as working one-to-one with clients, I facilitate team meetings and strategy sessions, and work with clients on cross-cultural issues.

I specialise in working with executives on job or life changes, leadership and management skills and on-boarding into new roles, environments or business cultures. My strengths working with companies is to help them identify and align their business strategy and management style with the culture and people culture they want. My business acumen combined with coaching skills has equipped me with a broad skill set in this area.

I believe that effective coaching needs to take into account the whole person and their life in context, not just focus on isolated behaviours. To me, successful coaching means helping people to understand themselves better, to sort out what’s worrying them or holding them back, to identify ways forward with clarity and confidence and to remove real (or perceived) barriers to progress.

My Experience

I have 15 years international experience working for global technology companies such as Apple Computer in Paris, London and San Francisco and spent 4 years running my own brand consultancy. I trained at The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in London and San Francisco, and hold a diploma in NLP. I am an Accredited Coach with the Association for Coaching. As well as my own practice, I am an associate of Wisdom8, a company specialised in CEO and board-level coaching, and am on the board of FOCUS, a resource network advisory service for international professionals.
