With a technology background, working with startups and growing businesses in Silicon Valley, I have strong insight and experience in the challenges of managing the growth of rapidly changing and expanding companies. Working with the CEO to outline the programme, I conduct 1:1 coaching and group workshops with CEO and senior directors to introduce a coaching approach to their management structure and styles, and prepare the company for next stage of growth and succession.

In companies that may have focused strongly on the technology innovation, I work with the Directors on how to manage their own team challenges, management skills and communication. I can mentor the CEO in the handover of senior role delegation to next level of management. As the team starts to understand the impact that a unified leadership and management style can have on their own teams, we work together to outline and create a lasting management and leadership development framework for the company These Leadership Development Programmes can be used with diagnostic tools such as MBTI, or Team Performance Accelerator.
